All These Things is a presentation of new works by James William Murray which were recently exhibited at Saturation Point in Deptford, London. The show brought together new diptych paintings on linen and poplar ply panels, as well as objects made of steel and brass. All of the works in this collection are united by their proportions, which are based on a 1:2 rectangle and 1:2 cruciform – recurring motifs of Murray’s work over recent years.

The exhibition marks Murray’s first foray into colour, albeit a minimal palette consisting of ‘chrome green’, ‘grey white’, and ‘signal black’ drawn from the RAL colour management system.
