We partner with a selection of today’s most exciting artists and support them in the promotion of their work. We only sell authentic artworks that we select directly from the artists’ studios.

We issue a certificate of authenticity for every artwork purchased on our platform. These certificates are signed by the artists themselves and sent to our collectors by post 30 days after purchase.

If you wish to offer the experience of collecting art, you can purchase our gift cards, available in both paper and digital formats. Our gift cards can be used within 12 months of purchase on our website.  

We ship your orders worldwide within 7 business days (20 days for works that require framing). All works sold on our platform are carefully handled by our art shipping partner. Shipping rates are calculated by destination and the size of the largest work within your order. 

We currently ship products to all countries worldwide. Once you have placed an order with us, we will get in touch regarding shipping costs. Please note all international orders are not duty paid and may incur additional charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. If you have any shipping and handling questions, please write to contact@canopy-collections.com.

If you are displeased with your acquisition, you have 30 days to return it for an exchange or refund. We will assist you with the process, so it is free and easy for you. Please email us at contact@canopy-collections.com within 30 days of your purchase. 

If your works arrive damaged, please ensure Canopy Collections is notified within 7 days of delivery.

We offer our collectors the choice to purchase works on paper, prints and photographs with a bespoke frame (white, black or natural wood). Our art framing partner is based in London and produces the highest quality frames available. If you require a specific frame, feel free to email us at contact@canopy-collections.com.
