Our team can facilitate viewings in our private showrooms or directly at your home (delivery costs depend on where you are based and are not refundable). If you wish to view artworks before buying them, feel free to get in touch with us and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

All artworks available on our platform have been carefully selected by our curator Louise Chignac and come directly from the artists' studios. Upon request, we can send our clients digital certificates of authenticity for every acquisition they make on our platform. These documents are signed and dated by the artist.

Delivery & Returns
Once purchased online, orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days (20 days for framed artworks). For deliveries in the UK, it takes between 2 and 5 days to receive your artworks. Depending on where you are based in the world, it can take up to 3 weeks. If you have any questions regarding delivery, don't hesitate to contact us.

Customs duties apply on most works purchased on our platform when shipped abroad. To make your life easier though, and the process of buying art as straightforward as possible, Canopy Collections cover these costs up to £500. If there is any extra cost, our team will get in touch and inform you before finalising your acquisition online.

We understand that buying art is a commitment, which is why we are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artworks featured on our platform. If you are displeased with your acquisition we can offer a return or exchange. Please email us at contact@canopy-collections.com within 30 days of your purchase. If your works arrive damaged please ensure Canopy Collections is notified within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5 days of us receiving back your artwork, as long as it is in perfect condition and returned within 30 days after the date you purchased it. Please allow for another 5 days for the transfer to show up in your bank account. For further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our team.
